Our service started when certified holistic health coach, Leslie O’Neill, better known as “The Be Well Coach” noticed that many of her clients and colleagues WANTED to eat healthy, but didn’t have the time to properly prepare homemade meals for themselves.
To promote better health, and to help her clients lose weight Leslie developed a meal preparing and delivery service so it would be convenient and affordable to eat the foods your body wants and needs.
Leslie’s effort lead to referrals growing her meal prep and delivery services into a full-time business while adding catering for events and our newest addition “Dorothy” the Food Truck.
Leslie and her team believe great health starts on your plate and by providing nutritious and delicious meals Be Well Meals can improve your overall health and well-being one meal at a time.
